Rosso CERTIFIED ORGANIC WINE All the varieties of grapes are indigenous and typical of our land: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Arneis. Only in one part of our yards we have planted since many years an international variety, the Merlot. All our vineyards find themselves in zones traditionally devoted to the winegrowing, and are placed in hills at around 250/300 meters of altitude, being well exposed. Our growth method is at espalier and the pruning is the Guyot method. While the activities on the soil are performed mechanically , those on the vineyards and on the grapevine are performed by hand, as the vintage. In this case, the handy harvesting allows us to select with care the best grapes to obtain quality wines. In the cellar we do the winemaking at controlled temperature. Some wines have a natural ageing process in oak barrels and a refinement in bottle for a certain period before to be selled.
